‘The Right to Educate’ is a short documentary focusing on the inequality of education across India and the effect this has on the poverty gap crisis. Providing an unbiased glimpse into India education. Diving into the minds of educational experts, historical findings and changes throughout time.Analysing the different educational opportunities for children and exposing the separation between class. It questions the current states of India’s contemporary society, bringing the immense struggles of a third world country to the attention of a western audience. Highlighting the vastly growing socio-economic crisis India is facing.The concept of my documentary is based around questioning the modern contemporary society of India and providing possible solutions through research, professional opinions and scientific facts and statistics.
